Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are the factory. Foshan Jurong New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. has manufactured lithium-ion phone batteries at Beihai Science Park, Dali Town, Nanhai District, Foshan since 2010. Our facility runs 3 automated assembly lines and 20 machines, and our capacity is verified at 600,000 pieces per year.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is 200 pieces. Some high-runner iPhone 6/7/8 lines start at 50–100 pieces, which is useful when you want to test a market before committing to a full container. Mixed-model orders are accepted — you can combine several models in one MOQ.
Which certifications do your batteries carry?
Our batteries are supplied with CE, FCC, CCC, MSDS and GB18287-2000 documentation, and our export packing complies with dangerous-goods regulations. Our business licence and production capacity are verified by SGS under audit reference QIP-ASI251198. Certificate copies are available on request with your quotation.
Can you print our own brand and packaging?
Yes — that is most of what we do. Full OEM and ODM support covers your logo on the battery label, custom capacity, custom connector and flex, retail blister or box packaging, instruction manuals and barcodes. Customisation starts from 200 pieces, and free samples of your custom design are available for qualified buyers.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Free samples are available for qualified buyers; you only cover the courier cost. We ship samples by DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT or EMS, and sample lead time is typically 3–7 days. For custom-branded samples the lead time is confirmed with your artwork.
What are your payment terms and lead time?
We accept T/T, L/C, D/P, Western Union, PayPal and small-amount payment. Incoterms: FOB, CIF, CFR and EXW. Standard production lead time is within 15 working days for both peak and off-peak season, and we ship from Shenzhen or Guangzhou port.
