Your brand, our factory. We build private-label phone batteries from 200 pieces: custom capacity, custom connector, custom label and retail packaging, developed from your sample or your drawing.
We already run our own brand, J-Rong. Building a private label for you uses exactly the same line, the same cells and the same testing — just your name on the artwork.

Match the connector, flex cable and positioning of any handset model, including diagnostic-compatible IC versions for the iPhone range.
Send a sample, a part number or a full drawing set. Our engineers confirm the specification, produce a prototype and approve it with you before mass production.
Send models, target capacity and quantity. We reply with an indicative FOB price and confirm what can be customised.
We issue a written spec sheet — capacity, voltage, connector, label artwork, packaging and MOQ for your custom line.
We build samples to that spec. Custom samples for qualified buyers are free; you cover the courier. Lead time is typically 7 days.
You test the sample for capacity, fit and finish. We adjust until you sign it off.
Production runs on our automated lines with in-process monitoring. Every unit is inspected before packing.

The four questions buyers ask before starting a private-label project.
Yes — that is most of what we do. Full OEM and ODM support covers your logo on the battery label, custom capacity, custom connector and flex, retail blister or box packaging, instruction manuals and barcodes. Customisation starts from 200 pieces, and free samples of your custom design are available for qualified buyers.
Yes. Free samples are available for qualified buyers; you only cover the courier cost. We ship samples by DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT or EMS, and sample lead time is typically 3–7 days. For custom-branded samples the lead time is confirmed with your artwork.
At least 12 months from the date of shipment on all batteries. If a quality issue appears, we send replacements. After-sales requests are answered within 48 hours, and long-term partners can agree a customised warranty period.
Every unit is inspected — 100% visual and function inspection before packing. Incoming cells are screened on arrival, production is monitored in line, and finished goods pass a pre-shipment capacity and impedance test. We keep material traceability records and run two dedicated testing stations on the production line.
